What is the license on this?
The license is CC BY :)
Is that the same as Creative Commons Attribution v4.0 International? I'm still learning my way around CC licenses.

CC-BY 4 is exactly short name for Creative Commons Attribution v4.0
You should also add the license into metadata for the asset packs:
"Edit asset pack->Metadata->Release Info->License for assets" It will increase the size of audience that will be able to find your art
